Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the “Annual Reminders,” early gay rights protests in from of Independence Hall

This July 4 marks the 50th anniversary of the first “Annual Reminder,” one of the country’s earliest gay rights’ marches. Philadelphia will commemorate the event with a series of special programs, including concerts, presentations and parties. My “table setter” for the Associated Press went out on the wire this morning.
