Philly’s ever-growing dining scene

For years, late night eating in Philly meant: 1) cheesesteaks or 2) pizza or 3) a diner. All are good and delicious, but it’s nice to see the scene evolving. Here’s my take on it, as well as a list of places to eat in the wee hours.
